SASH SUGAREVSKI

Founder and Managing Director, Sash has more than 28 years of experience in design, construction and property development.

His qualifications include Architectural Design (RMIT), Diploma OH&S and he is a registered VBA building practitioner in Domestic and Commercial (DB-U and CB-L). He spent more than 17 years working as Project Manager and then Senior Project Manager with Department of Human Service – Office of Housing and Community Building – Property and controlling projects in excess of $20m at any one time.

GORAN SUGAREVSKI

A highly motivated and enthusiastic leader, with over 25 years experience in the construction industry. He has experience in a wide range of building and heavy civil engineering projects, company restructure including due diligence and acquisition of businesses, at two tier 1 construction companies. His most recent project being the delivery of a 5-year, $4.3 billion project that was executed through a first-time Delivery Partner Model ensuring transparent public value in Australia and prior to that, he was managing an $800M business sector in Western Australia.
